TOP The Onion Group has recently installed almost 800 solar panels!

Our site in ‘s-Gravenpolder is now much more sustainable thanks to the installation of a total of 798 solar panels which generate a considerable amount of green energy. The estimated total output during the first year of operation is 383.65 MWh of electricity. This is equivalent to the energy consumption of 155 households over the course of a year! Every kWh of green energy generated by our solar panels saves 0.36 kg of CO2 when compared with conventional energy. This adds up to a massive total reduction in CO2 emissions of 138,114 kg every year! Thanks to this new installation we are taking a major step towards a cleaner, greener future.
